Casual Event Staff

Are you friendly, approachable, and enjoy working with people? We’re looking to expand our team of Casual Event Staff to help deliver a fantastic visitor experience at Burghley.
 
Our Event Team are the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring everyone receives a warm welcome and excellent customer service. Depending on the event, your role may include:

•    Welcoming and directing visitors as they arrive
•    Event stewarding and supporting crowd safety
•    Car parking assistance and guidance
•    Waste management, helping to keep the site safe and clean

Upcoming opportunity
Our next event is our Christmas Fair, Thursday 27 – Sunday 30 November 2025, and we are looking for reliable staff to join us for these dates. Please note – you will need to be available on all four days.
