Day Ticket Prices
Opening Information 2024-25
Burghley House is currently closed for essential upkeep, maintenance and conservation work, reopening to visitors on Saturday 15 March 2025 with tickets available to book online in January 2025.
The Gardens and Adventure Play are open at weekends until 24 November, after which they will close for the winter and reopen to visitors on 15 February 2025.
Burghley Parkland and Visitor Car Park are open to visitors throughout the year at no charge.

Burghley is owned by the Burghley House Preservation Trust, a charity committed to the conservation and preservation of the House and Estate for all to enjoy.
You have the choice of two entry tickets:
- Standard Admission (excludes 10% voluntary donation)
- Gift Aid Admission (includes 10% voluntary donation)
If you choose to make a 10% donation and you are a UK taxpayer we can reclaim 25% of the whole amount paid via the Gift Aid scheme - a significant boost to our charity’s funds.
