Visitor Services

The role will involve:

  • meeting and greeting customers
  • selling and upselling tickets
  • monitoring Adventure Playground site and Gardens, ensuring visitors are all safe and enjoying themselves!
  • working in the Garden Shop
  • interacting with families, engaging with them as they explore Hide and Secrets and the Gardens and helping them get the most out of nature and outdoor play

Candidates will need:

  • have previous experience working on tills would be an advantage
  • be flexible team players
  • be well organised and work calmly under pressure
  • be friendly, and approachable
  • have good communication skills

We have a variety of working patterns available from 2 to 5 days a week and all roles will include some weekend working including bank holidays. The hours of work are 9.30 to 5pm. Staff are provided with a Burghley uniform.
