Day Ticket Prices
Burghley House closes for the winter on Monday 3 November 2025 for essential upkeep, maintenance and conservation work, and will reopen to visitors on 14 March 2026.
The Gardens and Adventure Play are open daily until Monday 3 November 2025. Following this they will open on weekends only - 8 & 9 November and 15 & 16 November - before closing for the winter. They will reopen for the 2026 season on 14 February 2026.
The Parkland and Visitor Car Park are open year round.

Burghley is owned by the Burghley House Preservation Trust, a charity committed to the conservation and preservation of the House and Estate for all to enjoy.
You have the choice of two entry tickets:
- Standard Admission (excludes 10% voluntary donation)
- Gift Aid Admission (includes 10% voluntary donation)
If you choose to make a 10% donation and you are a UK taxpayer we can reclaim 25% of the whole amount paid via the Gift Aid scheme - a significant boost to our charity’s funds.
