Sculpture Workshop - Carving in Plaster
A full-day creative workshop exploring the art of plaster carving
Guided by local sculptor Robert Fogell, you’ll create your own unique organic form using plaster of Paris, experimenting with carving and shaping techniques throughout the day. You’ll be encouraged to explore ideas and translate them into three-dimensional form, building confidence as your piece develops.
Drawing inspiration from Modernist artists such as Arp and Moore, the workshop offers an opportunity to deepen your understanding of form, balance and composition while refining your practical skills
Suitable for all abilities, this workshop is designed to support both beginners and those with more experience. Robert will provide individual guidance throughout, allowing you to progress in a way that suits you.
