Watercolour Painting Days - Magnolias
Capture the beauty of magnolias in this full day watercolour workshop
Whether you're an accomplished artist or pure beginner you will love local artist Sandra Peck's fabulous watercolour painting days at Burghley.
A chance to watch lots of wet-into-wet watercolour demonstrations and learn beautiful, effective techniques. Such graceful shapes and soft markings work so well if colours are dropped on to wet paper. Absorb yourself in magnolia doodles without any drawing – very relaxing. You can also draw and paint them more detailed if you wish.
Have a go yourself at your own pace, with Sandra on hand to provide all the help, what better place than Burghley for some artistic inspiration.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own their own watercolour materials. Alternatively Sandra can provide all the basic materials you will require for £6. To arrange this please contact us by email after booking.
Lunch can be purchased at the Orangery Restaurant on the day or participants are welcome to bring a packed lunch.
